Presentation & Budget
Following our initial call, we prepare a tailored presentation that reflects both your aesthetic and your expected investment. Budget is a key consideration in this phase. All our estimates are based on real market conditions and vary depending on the style, scale, and location of the wedding. The introductory call allows us to align expectations so we can propose a realistic and thoughtful budget that fully supports your vision.
From a creative perspective, our design team works closely with your planner to develop a concept proposal. This includes a mood board, color palette, and initial styling direction inspired by everything you shared with us.
At the same time, we begin venue research. Based on your preferences, we present a curated selection of venues that align with your style, guest count, and budget. As each venue must be contacted individually for availability and pricing, this stage requires time and careful coordination. Venue Booking

Whenever possible, we recommend a site inspection in person. If that is not feasible, we are happy to manage this process on your behalf. For religious ceremonies, it is important to consider whether the church or the venue will determine your date, as availability may vary.
Once you are ready to proceed, we guide you through the venue contract in detail, reviewing terms, conditions, contingency plans, and any potential hidden costs. At this stage, your planner becomes your advocate, ensuring everything is clear, aligned, and in your best interest.
Planning Process
With the venue secured, the planning phase officially begins.
We provide you with a structured yet flexible timeline, including a shared to-do list with manageable deadlines. The overall budget is divided into clear segments, allowing for smooth and comfortable payments over time.

We are also flexible in working with external suppliers. Final Coordination
As the wedding approaches, we schedule a final meeting to review the entire project in detail. Together, we go through the timeline, confirm all elements, and address any last adjustments.
The day before the wedding, once you have arrived, we meet in person to walk through every step. Depending on the size and structure of your celebration, we may also organize a rehearsal.

Wedding Day
On the wedding day, your team will include a head planner and additional planners, depending on the size and complexity of the event.
The head planner will remain close to you, ensuring your comfort and taking care of any immediate needs, while the rest of the team coordinates suppliers and oversees the timeline to ensure everything unfolds exactly as planned.
