Jessica & Mark

Jessica and Mark got married in the beautiful Villa Cora in Florence on a sunny day in May. Event planning aimed to let the couple and their guests experience the exclusive atmosphere of the city and the venue.

Destination wedding in Villa Cora

Close your eyes and think about your dream wedding. If you are looking for something exclusive, we only have one answer. Villa Cora, of course! And this is just what happened with this young American couple, Jessica and Mark, who contacted us to make their Destination wedding in Italy even more special.

They wished for a civil ceremony in the garden, with a stunning view over the city center of Florence. So, that was what they had! Everything was perfect, and the garden ceremony shown a beautiful spring sun.

The beautiful view of Florence

Before the civil wedding, Jessica had a lovely time with her closest friends. The girls cheered and had a lot of fun. Later, as tradition, they helped her to dress in her extraordinary gown. Jessica was very excited and couldn’t wait to reach her beloved Mark.

According to their requests, we designed an incredible chuppah with greenery, aromatic plants and flowers, and two enormous vases with burgundy, red, and violet flowers.
During the aperitif time, we also thought about a fun activity: guests could write a postcard to be sent after the wedding to the couple back in their hometown.

Wedding reception in Salone degli Specchi

The wedding dinner reception was inside the beautiful Salone degli Specchi (Mirror Room) of Villa Cora, an elegant room with gorgeous frescos and a breathtaking chandelier. We planned a long imperial table with the married couple and close relatives. Other round tables hosted the couple’s friends.

Once again, as for the garden decorations, thousands of long burgundy candles and red, dark violet, and burgundy flowers decorated the tables. Everything was so beautiful and elegant, Jessica and Mark were satisfied.

Exclusive and personalized wedding cake

The most romantic and surprising moment during the wedding was the cake-cutting. Jessica wanted a custom cake, and that’s what she got! The terrace of Villa Cora welcomed a beautiful triple-decker cake inspired by the bride’s dress.

The guests were amazed, but the best was yet to come. During the cake-cutting, a firework show started. At the after-dinner party, everybody enjoyed the DJ and some live musicians that played the sax and drums. Jessica and Mark danced all night long with their friends.
