Chianti wedding in Villa di Catignano
When Louise and Henry contacted us, their requests were already clear. Their dream was to get married in Tuscany in a countryside location where to enjoy the best food experience our region can offer.
With more than 100 guests coming from all over the world, we had to look for a spacious location. Among the ones we selected, the couple choice was Villa Catignano in the Chianti region.
Country-chic set ups
We immediately bonded with Louise and Henry, they were so in love and excited to get married in Italy we couldn’t help but feel excited too. We took care of planning all the setups taking inspiration from the style and mood of the villa.
Louise asked us for country-chic decorations that could amaze her guests and make them truly experience the atmosphere of the territory.
The wedding reception in the courtyard
After the ceremony, the couple invited all guests to enjoy the wedding reception in the courtyard of Villa Catignano. Tables were arranged all around the ancient water well and decorated with floral centrepieces. As for lighting, we add some astonishing string lights creating an intimate and joyful setting.
The menu was cared for as to offer the best food and beverage experience with organic and local products.
Wild after-dinner party
The wedding party started right after the cake was served. Louise and Henry wanted to dance and get wild with their friends until late at night, so we planned to host a live-band performance in the villa. The atmosphere was just right and cool, everybody enjoyed it!
It was a great way for the couple to say ‘arrivederci’ to their guests and thank them for their participation.
