Nina and Julian, originally from Germany, decided to get married in Italy and invited 80 guests to join them at Villa di Geggiano to participate in their ceremony and reception and share with them their most romantic day ever.
Destination wedding in Chianti, Italy
Nina and Julian decided for a destination wedding in Italy to welcome all their guests coming from all over the world in a neutral territory. Somewhere, everyone could easily reach from their home countries. Also, they loved Italian lifestyle, food and atmosphere and they wanted to experience most of these beauties of the country during their wedding day together with their beloved ones.
They specifically requested to rely on top-class food and wine, so, we proposed them to get married in the Chianti region and take advantage of its excellent products.
Elegant wedding at Villa di Geggiano
Relatives and friends were welcomed in Villa di Geggiano, a stunning period villa near Siena. The venue offers a unique view over the Chianti countryside and also produces its own wine in the vineyards surrounding the main building. It has that historical feeling everywhere and the actual owner still keeps it as it was in the past even though part of the family still lives here during some periods of the year. Rooms are left exactly as they used to be and this is all part of the charm of this venue.
Nina and Julian were simply conquered by its beauty! They even decided to stage here the wedding ceremony. So, we planned everything to arrange a civil and legal ceremony in the Italian Garden.
Wedding ceremony in the Italian Garden
Bride and groom said “I do” under a natural green arch which all by itself create that magic atmosphere every wedding couple should wish for. The background music was provided by the groom’ sister who sang beautifully accompanied by violin and cello. It was a truly emotional moment.
After that, all the guests were invited to enjoy dinner. Tables were set in the amphitheater, a very special spot of the garden, elegantly decorated for the occasion.
Party and entertainment with live music
A live band entertained the guests until the tender first dance of Nina and Julian that signed the beginning of the party. All participants joined the dances and appreciated the atmosphere created by spotlights and candles.
The amphitheatre was transformed into an outdoor dance floor like no other. Thanks to this special setting and the music, it was an amazing party!
