The villa can accommodate up to 16 people and features a large heated swimming pool and lush gardens. Guests can arrive by boat, enjoy an aperitif under the lovely gazebo and continue the evening on the private terrace overlooking the lake.

The villa has a spacious reception hall that can accommodate up to 100 guests, as well as a large garden with swimming pool. The lakefront area, equipped with a marquee, is perfect for dinners and aperitifs, offering a spectacular view of the mountains reflected in the lake waters.
